Community meal distribution in partnership with local churches and nonprofits.
Nutritious, prepared meals for individuals and families experiencing food insecurity.
Help accessing food resources for those transitioning back into the workforce or community life.
Guidance through food benefit applications if needed.
All services are free. No fees, no insurance required.
Food Assistance Applications
CHiP is preparing to offer food assistance in partnership with St. Mary’s Food Bank. Distribution days and hours will be posted as soon as they are confirmed.
Please download and complete the official application in English or Spanish. Completed applications may be brought to the CHiP office. Please call us if you need assistance completing the application.
