Mentoring Support

CCHiP provides one-on-one mentoring to support individuals who are rebuilding stability, working toward goals, or navigating major life transitions. Our mentors offer encouragement, accountability, guidance, and a steady presence — meeting people exactly where they are.

What We Offer

Mentoring support Services

Personal Mentorship

Consistent, one-on-one support from a trained mentor who walks alongside individuals during times of rebuilding or transition.

Goal Setting & Planning

Help identifying personal goals, creating steps to achieve them, and staying motivated along the way.

Life Guidance & Encouragement

Support navigating everyday challenges, decisions, and stressors, with a focus on empowerment and confidence building.

Employment & Stability Support

Mentors help clients prepare for job readiness, build routines, and stay focused on long-term stability.

Connection to Resources

Mentors help individuals understand and access other CHiP services — housing, job search, counseling, life skills, and more.

Mentoring support is always free and personalized. Availability depends on mentor scheduling and individual needs.
